German law also applies, in particular the service contract law of the German Civil Code (BGB).
To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree on Stuttgart as the exclusive place of jurisdiction.
If a provision of these General Terms and Conditions is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid. The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision.
